Cancellation Policy

At Learn Brazilian Portuguese Online, we value your time and commitment. To ensure fairness and flexibility:

Classes may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
If the instructor needs to reschedule, you’ll be notified and offered a new time at no extra cost.
Group lessons follow the same policy unless otherwise stated in the class description.

We aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process:

Refunds are available for unused lessons only.
Requests must be sent via email within 30 days of payment.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Trial lessons are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
For monthly plans, unused hours can be refunded or credited before the new billing cycle begins.

If a class cannot take place due to verified technical issues, we’ll gladly reschedule it at no additional cost.
